Wulfrun Specialised Fasteners has extensive experience in manufacturing bespoke components across a wide range of materials. Our strategic stockholding of bar materials enables us to offer rapid delivery and responsive lead times to meet customer requirements.

Specialist Fastener Supply

We supply a wide range of specialist fasteners and bespoke components for demanding engineering applications, manufactured to recognised industry standards or individual customer specifications. Our extensive material range and stockholding enable us to provide responsive solutions tailored to specific requirement

Non-Standard Fasteners

We manufacture non-standard fasteners to meet specific customer drawings, specifications and application requirements. Our flexible manufacturing capabilities allow us to produce specialist components in a wide range of sizes and material grades, from individual requirements through to batch production.

Hot Forging

Our hot forging capabilities enable the manufacture of specialist fasteners and components to demanding customer specifications. Combined with our quality controls and material traceability, we provide reliable forged solutions for quality-critical engineering applications.

Quality Inspection & Testing

Quality is embedded throughout our manufacturing process, with inspection and testing carried out to meet customer specifications and quality requirements. Our capabilities include dimensional inspection, PMI, hardness, tensile, proof load, chemical analysis, MPI, DPI, ultrasonic and other specialist testing, with access to UKAS-approved test houses where required.

Material Traceability & Certification

We provide full material traceability across the production and inspection process, from the original mill certificate through to final inspection and product marking. Components can be supplied with comprehensive certification, including Certificates of Conformity and EN 10204 3.1 and 3.2 certification, to meet individual customer requirements.
